Logo covers for the Shure SM7B
A guide to putting your logo, podcast name or channel on your SM7B or SM7dB, and choosing the cover that suits how you use it.
Which cover to pick
The SM7B has a front that's in shot on every episode, so most people start with a logo cover for the front. It sits on the windshield and shows your brand to camera. If you move your mic between shows, a clip-on cover goes on and off without tools.
- Front cover: the usual choice, with your logo on the face.
- Clip-on cover: takes off between shows, so it's easy to change.
- Cube or sleeve: wraps more of the mic body if you want a bigger brand presence.
- Base plate cover: a magnetic cover for the round base, so the desk shot matches the front.
Size and shape
Front covers come in 5cm to 8cm across. Pick the size that suits your logo: a bigger logo needs more room to read on camera. You can choose a square, a circle, a rectangle, or a die cut to the outline of your logo.
Colours
Choose the colours for your logo and the background. Our designer shows the colours on a picture of your mic before you order, so you can see how it will look. Phone and screen colours can differ a little from the printed cover, so we send you a proof before we print.
Made to order
Every cover is 3D printed to order, so it's made for your mic and your logo. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery is free in the UK on orders over £50.
Good to know
- Logos work best when they're simple and bold, because small detail is hard to see on camera.
- Send us your logo as an SVG or a high-resolution PNG if you have one.
- Our covers are made for the SM7B and SM7dB. They are not made or endorsed by Shure.
