Example: a 15% Spin to win code on £80 of items takes off £12.00. On £200 of items it takes off £15, the most it can take off. Delivery is then added at the normal price.

If we give you any other code, its discount, minimum order and maximum discount are shown when you get it, and those are the ones that apply. The rest of these terms apply to every code.

What a code takes money off

  • Items only. A code takes money off the price of the items in your basket. It never takes anything off delivery, import duty or VAT, or any other charge.
  • Stocked filaments only. Our stocked filaments are the colours on the colour chart on each product page. A code can't be used on an item made in a colour or material we don't stock and buy in specially for you. If an order with a code asks for one, we'll get in touch before we print it.
  • Our website only. Codes work in the basket on our website. They can't be used on Etsy, eBay or other marketplaces.

Minimum order and maximum discount

  • Spin to win codes have a minimum order and a maximum discount (see above). Sitewide codes have neither.
  • The minimum order is worked out on your items only, after any Buy more, save more saving, and before delivery.
  • The maximum discount is the most a code takes off one order. If the percentage would come to more than that, you get the maximum.
  • Your basket shows the exact saving before you pay, so you'll always know what you're getting.

One code per order

  • You can use one discount code per order. Adding a second code replaces the first.
  • Codes don't add on top of our Buy more, save more offer (5% off 2 or more mic covers, 10% off 4 or more). If you qualify for both, your basket keeps whichever saves you more and tells you which one it used.

Using your code

  • Type your code into the Got a discount code? box in your basket and press Apply. A Spin to win code is filled in for you.
  • Spin to win codes can be used once and stop working 48 hours after you win them. Sitewide codes work until the offer ends.
  • While you're at the checkout, a one-use code is held for your order. If you leave without paying, it's free to use again within about 30 minutes.
  • A code can't be added to an order after it's been paid for.
  • Codes have no cash value and can't be swapped for cash or credit.

Refunds

Every item is bespoke and made to order, so items can't be returned for a change of mind (see shipping and returns). If we refund an order for any reason, we refund what you actually paid after the discount. A code that's been used isn't given back.

If we agree to accept a return:

  • The postage you paid when you ordered isn't refunded.
  • The cost of sending the item back to us is yours to pay, and it isn't refunded.
  • We refund what you paid for the returned item, after the discount.

Changes and fair use

  • We can change or end a discount offer at any time. Changes never affect an order you've already paid for.
  • We can cancel and refund an order if a code has been used against these terms, for example a code that was guessed, made up or passed on after it had been used.
  • These terms don't affect your legal rights as a customer.
