Questions about custom mic covers
How do I design a custom mic cover?
Pick your mic, upload your logo as an SVG, PNG or JPG, choose the cover's shape, size and colour, and the designer shows how it will look on your mic. When you're happy, download your design or have an estimated quote emailed to you.
Which microphones can you make a custom cover for?
The designer covers the Shure SM7B and SM7dB (front covers and the base plate cover), Shure MV7, Shure SM58, Shure ADX2 and Beta 87A, RODE PodMic, RODE Podcaster, RODE Interview GO and Elgato Wave. If your mic isn't listed, get in touch and we'll make a bespoke cover for it.
How much does a custom mic cover cost?
The designer shows an estimated price as you go, based on your mic, the cover size and shape, and how many colours are in your logo. One of our designers checks every logo before we confirm the final price.
What logo file should I upload?
An SVG gives the sharpest print. A PNG or JPG works too. The designer matches your logo to our filament colours so you can see how it will print.
How long does a custom mic cover take?
Every cover is 3D printed to order in Lincoln, England. Most are printed within 3 to 5 days of your order and sent by Royal Mail Tracked to the UK, the USA and Australia.
